According to a survey conducted between 1992 and 2013, the average bra size in the U.S. has increased from a 34B to a 34DDD 

... which is also the largest increase compared to any other country studied.

The average size of the female breast is increasing, yet breast reduction surgery remains a procedure held in low regard. Our documentary examines this infrequently discussed surgery by following a group of people from diverse backgrounds, who all share the same struggle: their breast size negatively impacts their quality of life. REDUCTION explores the cultural context, medical science, and social stigma surrounding breasts, as well as the life-changing decision of undergoing breast reduction surgery.
